I usually don’t run away from bad times, bad weeks, or live in denial when those bad times happen. I usually try to find a level of understanding and an acceptance.
I also know that as the bad times come, in time they will move on and I will move on with them. I am hoping for a better week this week. I still feel in myself I could be doing better, could be feeling better about things.
I am sure we all get to feel a bit like that. I’m not quite on top form, but I’m doing better than I was. I’m happy with that.
