We all have good intentions and countless resolutions we want to make when it comes to the New Year. The hard part is sticking to them.
What I do, is work on being better during the year, so when it comes to the New Year, I’ve already changed what I need. We start with good intentions, then something gets in the way. It’s usually our perceptions on how we change and therefore adapt to things that usually let us down.
Work on your perceptions, so that you learn how to change what you want to change. That way any resolutions you decide to make, you’ll make without breaking them even before you get to first base.
