A perspective

Something inspirational:

How many of us when we feel upset, temporarily lose perspective in our life? We see everything that’s negative or wrong and lose sight on some of those accomplishments or achievements. Time to take stock.

Imagine you’re looking at yourself at the other side of the room. Begin to observe yourself, your thoughts and your body language. What would you tell yourself? Look for calm whilst you talk yourself through the situation that got you to this stage.

A minor blip on life’s rocky road, but all will be well again.

  1. This is a process that took me a long time to cultivate but once perfected, leads to a much more fulfilling life.

The power of self reflection in a true light will invariably lead to seeing the good as well as the bad, so that we come to a conclusion that we can carry on, in which direction we choose.

Only then can we grow and mature throughout our entire life and end up wise and content.

  2. The hardest thing to do is to be able to gain a proper perspective on how to deal with life and the way we see it. I spent a lot of years only looking at the negative and now I’m trying to focus more on the positive. I can only hope that this works well for me in the future.

    1. Randy you’re working on it, that in itself is positive! I see no reason why in time you won’t go on to achieve it. Your life will hopefully then start to fall into place, as you will begin to see things more clearly. Thanks for posting.

  3. I think it is hard for us to look at ourselves and how we’re acting and coming across to others. I know it is hard for me and my body language unfortunately is wide open sometimes. I just need to learn how to chill out more and quit jumping to see everything that is negative.

    1. Unfortunately Lisa some people never manage to see or understand how to change their behavior, but that’s not always the case for everyone. I think finding peace in ones life certainly helps.
