    This is so true. We are often masters of our own downfall.

      Thanks, yes I would say we do it more than often and is often the reason for our own downfall; hopefully not to rockbottom status though. I think given the current economic climate the majority of us do worry more.

      Worry definitely seems to have taken precedence over other natural mental states such as peace and happiness. We’re definitely more stressed about things.

    We’re all human, so we all succumb to human conditions, worrying is one of them. But I think we’re a little too hard on ourselves sometimes.

    I’m biting my nails right now for what may await me.

      I think you’re absolutely right. We are hard on ourselves sometimes, but probably because we don’t feel worthy, or have high opinions of ourselves.

      I believe we’ve taken to worrying more than we ever have. Worrying tends to come from uncertainty and life gives us that. The shadows are bigger uncertainties; particularly when things seem bigger than they really are.
