A passing thought:
Did you know that when we’re calm so is our nervous system? Too much concentration can make us tired, so remember to take a mental break. A break away from our desks, from work, from all the mental clutter associated with work.
Take a walk or relax with a hot drink. We should make a point of listening to our body that way we will always be aware of what is best for us and what’s best for our body. It will also enable us to clear our minds so that our thoughts are fresh and new.
When the mind is clear, we go on to make better choices.
