Looks very tasty and easy to prepare. With wine added I’m sure it’s very good. Wine seems to bring out the flavours in dishes, in my experiences.

This looks a really easy recipe. I like the idea of throwing everything thing in one pan, it cuts down on the washing up.

If you leave out the wine and thyme and add curry powder I think you’ll have a really easy curry too!

Yes it does make life easier when we have less preparation time. I’m not great with wine, but the idea of turning the chicken into a curry also sounds great!

I used this recipe as the basis for a vegetarian version last night with carrots, potatoes, courgettes and onions instead of chicken and it was delicious.

As usual I got the proportions wrong for two people, but that just means there’s lots left over for today!

Yes it’s convenient when that happens! Recipes are great because they can always be adapted to make two to three different takes on the original recipe.

      Pleased you enjoyed it.
