Tips to help us sleep

Sleep is such a common problem. We think that if there’s nothing on our mind, we will sleep, but sleep issues stem deeper than that. Sometimes our unconscious can be the very reason we don’t sleep.

Help with IBS

Having Cerebral Palsy means we’re more susceptible to Irritable Bowel Syndrome. There isn’t a test for IBS, but if we have around four or five of the symptoms, we probably have it.

My journal

I am sad today. I slow down when brain fatigue sets in, just trying to function normally. I have never really known this before. As a child none of this was evident, I had never heard of brain fatigue, let alone have it.

Whatever you were thinking of doing, do it. Even if it’s tackling something you didn’t want to, have a go. Feeling out of it, a little bit down, try to make the effort.
