Dealing with disappointment

My thoughts are all over the place today. So much on my mind. I’m dealing with disappointment, feelings of sadness and grief and dealing with apathy as well. I’m aware that I inevitably bring more stress into my life when I subject myself to situations all the time.

Unresolved issues

Unresolved issues can sometimes take the form of anger and should be addressed. It’s not fine, but as long as they’re our issues, then it’s up to us to address those issues and anger if it’s presenting itself, but what if one of those issues is put on someone else, when it’s clear they are not to blame.

When anyone chooses to ignore an issue that should have been addressed that doesn’t affect them but affects someone else, it’s never long before that issue become more than just an issue. Issues don’t go …
