I find it incredibly difficult to switch my thoughts off, but when I’m tired I can’t seem to string two words together, let alone equate and write my feelings down, so today I’m going to take a chill day and do absolutely nothing.
With a little bit more sleep, I’m sure I’ll begin to feel less tired and more like myself. I’m hoping for more new thoughts tomorrow, thoughts that I can put into words that make some sense for me to blog.
You deserve a chill day every now and then. I have my chill days too. Enjoy your day!!!
Thanks Lisa!!!
Sometimes it’s better to just be still, relax and reflect.
You deserve the peace and quiet.
Awww thanks Tim. I agree how much better off we’d be if were able to be still, be relaxed and reflect.
We’d probably have less stress, we’d be happier and as a consequence would have more patience and time for other people.
I agree you deserve a relaxing day when you can just switch off and take time out for yourself.
I am quite lucky in that I am able to put things aside while I concentrate on other matters, although I’m not as good as you at addressing those matters when I eventually return to them; although they don’t bother me in the interim.
The advantage of not being a deep thinker!
Yes being a deep thinker can have its disadvantages.
I would think it’s much easier for you to learn how to address the matters that you need to address than it is for me to stop being a deep thinker and address my issues without them turning into worries. I’ve always been this way for as long as I can remember.
