A tiring journey

Travelling to Devon didn’t seem like a long and tiring journey, but that’s possibly because I slept through most of it. Dealing with cerebral palsy and brain fatigue tires me out. I get tired, being tired all the time.

I accept it but it can be frustrating at times for my family too. Lots of thoughts are going on in my mind. I am going to try and use this short break to chill and clear my head on the things I was dealing with before we left for Devon.

A good night’s sleep and I know I will feel much better in the morning. A new day with a new positive thought: something I work on in my life. It’s all positive.

  1. Glad your trip was good and you made it to your destination safely. I’m sure you’ll feel better in the morning and a good rest is what you need. Take care and relax a lot. Positive thoughts are with you. Lisa

    1. You’re absolutely right Lisa. I do need to rest. Although holidays are supposed to be stress free, they can add to a lot of stress too, had quite a bit of that today. Not been the best day. Thanks for your positive thoughts and of course for posting. You’re wonderful.

  2. I am just so glad to hear you have made it there safely and can now enjoy a bit of rest and relaxation with your family.
