Although my more personal experiences have been adapted into my blogs for quite some time now, my aim has always been to reduce my stress and live a more peaceful life.
I am passionate about health and wellbeing too. With so many things that I’ve had to deal with over the last year, I feel I’ve had no choice but to write about my personal experiences. It has been my personal blogs that have pretty much got me through what I’ve had to deal with.
Whilst I continue to write about my personal experiences, I will also be writing about health and wellbeing issues too that affect us all. Tomorrow’s post will be the first of a number of topics I hope to write about over the forthcoming weeks.
