Away from The CP Diary and my writing, I have had my fair share of problems, some of which still continue and have been documented. Growing up my life was far from easy.
It’s true that my spiritual beliefs help me work to find most of my answers, even if the answers aren’t there to begin with. I put my trust in my beliefs to give me the answers and am pleased to say the answers are usually there. The problem I have, is that although this works for me, it doesn’t necessarily work for others.
Everyone is entitled to have their own opinions and rightly so, but we must all be united in the way we handle and come to those decisions, regardless of our beliefs. There was a time where things ran smoothly and we didn’t have much to deal with. We had the mundane daily problems to deal with of course, but nothing on the scale we have now.
Now every which way we turn we have something else to deal with. We now have a health issue pertaining to another family member, which if not dealt with swiftly may end up in a life ‘n’ death scenario. Being family doesn’t necessarily mean we will agree a way forward.
All families need to be okay and agree, so that they are united in their decisions. Not only does it make life easier, but we stand united. That’s what families should do.
