  1. Apparently there will be a huge surplus of strawberries in the UK. A stye have been grown for the Wimbledon tennis tournament which is not taking place.

We might all get to enjoy the amazing health benefits of strawberries at a reasonable price for once.

    1. Hoping so, I love strawberries and they’re good for us, what’s not to like. As a small child, I loved to strawberry pick.

You weren’t supposed to eat them as you picked them, but sure many did!

  2. Well now, how did you know that those were my favorite? Chances are that we may have to go out to pick our own this year seeing as there won’t be any migrant workers from other countries because of the virus.

Luckily we have a few farms here in Maine that grow them. I think it may be a great idea to plant some of our own, seeing as we’re going to have a couple of raised garden beds very soon.

We may also need to have a garden for fresh vegetables this year, seeing as there may end up being a shortage of many things.

    1. They are my favourite too. Thanks Randy. Growing anything in your garden or home is always more rewarding to us buying fruit and vegetables in grocery stores, because it’s something we’ve done for ourselves.

It’s also more rewarding because you can see your plants growing, you get to nurture and grow your own food. How cool is that?

You must let us know how you get on.
