  1. Tai Chi sounds a great all round gentle exercise to help young and old alike, for those who are no longer as fit as they once thought.

It sounds a bit like yoga too, so it would be great mixed with some aerobic fitness regime.

    1. Thanks. Yes, as you say Tai Chi is an all round gentle exercise that can be taken at any age.

It also complements a Buddhism and Spirituality lifestyle, if practiced regularly.

  2. I can use a little Tai Chi exercise in my life to settle my attention more on my health. It just may bring back a younger me.

    1. Thanks Tim. Yes, the more emotionally settled we are, the more we will turn our attentions to our life and staying well through exercises like Tai Chi. Once you start, you’ll look and feel younger.

But until we get to that point, we still have to take the rough with the smooth and that takes time.
