  1. I have always considered kindness to be a more attractive trait than any physical one. To make people happy by displaying kindness, it gives us a good feeling.

It makes us feel like we are using our life to make a difference in someone else’s life, which we are. Unfortunately, a lot of people are only concerned for themselves.

    1. Thanks Maria. I agree with you.

We will always remember someone’s kindness long after they’ve gone, but will always try to forget their flaws and ugly character traits that leave a bad taste that we usually have to come to terms with.

  2. I agree. At the end of the day we should all want to leave a legacy of being kind and compassionate, as ultimately everything else really doesn’t matter.

  3. Some people conveniently forget that our lives are intertwined, as we’re woven together as one human family. We are not alone in this world and we depend on each other for everything.

Jackie Robinson understands that with every human encounter we can give something positive to a human spirit or we can try to drain the life out of it.

    1. Thanks Tim. I think you’re right. It’s a shame we don’t often stop to think about our decisions and whether those choices or decisions will impact others.

Jackie Robinson is right, but would just add that our lives are important too, but the impact we make on other people has to be more important particularly if our choices or decisions negatively impact on others.

  4. I like this quote, knowing your actions impact others is key. A lot of people don’t think that way. I usually am kind because that is what I wish for myself in return. That’s not the only reason to be nice, it’s the godly thing to do.

Do unto others as you wish others to do to you. It’s the responsible and correct way to live if you want a life that is positive.

    1. Thanks Maria. Yes I also agree, but not many of us will equate that what we say or do will have an impact on others. I’m not sure how many of us will stop to think about our behaviour that way.

Like you, I am kind and tend to go out of my way to help others where I can and agree it’s the responsible and correct way for us to live our lives positively and get positivity back.
