  1. Being mindful has been extremely helpful in being able to stay in the moment and not get wrapped up in the tornado that used to be my life.

I am grateful for the things I have now, but also grateful for the things that I don’t, like toxic relationships and friends. I am living with someone who is very positive, which has been quite the change for me.

I grew up in a world where we never really knew what the truth was, which made for a very confusing life. I have always been a very kind person, so growing up in a dysfunctional family, didn’t help.

I am finally living my own life and just want to be the best version of myself that I can be.

    1. Randy, just keep doing what you’re doing. We are here to impart the best of ourselves, and so our transition, when it’s our time back to spirit, will be an easier transition.

It’s also the right thing to do. Empathy, compassion, and tolerance are all attributes that will not only pave the way for us to have an easier life, whilst we are living, but will pave the way for others to do the same.

When anyone imparts kindness, they show a caring side. The world needs us to all care more.

  2. How much better would our world be if we all lived, or at least aimed to live by this beautiful quote? We might just might have a world to leave, for future generations.

    1. Thank you. I agree with you. ‘We might just might have a world to leave for future generations’ – It is important.

Also: ‘Be mindful. Be Grateful. Be Positive. Be true. Be kind.’ – Yes, in Covid-19 and beyond, we need to see more of it.
