  1. No one is always right and those that think they are are, more often than not are wrong. The freedom of having an open mind is liberating.

    1. Thanks. Yes, as you say an open mind is liberating, but it will always allow us to see so much more.

Those with a closed mind will always stay blinkered, but will still insist they’re right.

  2. If you think you’re always right, then you’re making it clear that something is very wrong, somewhere inside.

I know a few people who really need to read this particular quote.

    1. Thanks Tim. Yes, you’re absolutely right. It’s also telling others, that we’re not approachable, or accountable for our words or actions.

It’s a very rocky path to go down in the longer term for obvious reasons.

  3. Yes I agree. It’s one of the most important lessons we should all learn. In this country, everyone is divided because they’re all under the impression the individual is right and everyone else is wrong.

Nothing is more sad to me, then a nation full of citizens who don’t want to understand what unity means or care too.

    1. Thanks Bonnie. You’re describing not only a nation but the world over. When I was growing up, ‘the customer was always right.’ If we had a problem, it was okay for us to say what the problem was and the other person listened.

Now we dare not say what we want or need to say, so a lot of what we want to say we keep to ourselves. The more we feel we are right, the less open we will be to other people’s thoughts; the more closed we will be.
