  1. It is pretty amazing how much of a difference that can make in your daily living and even life itself.

I need to remember to start doing that every morning, since I usually wake up with a bad attitude like I did this morning. I end up wasting the day dwelling on everything that I can’t change.

It doesn’t take a lot to change my attitude, but there are days when I just want to wallow in the pity pot. I know for me it’s a hard habit to break, considering that I have been doing it for most of my life.

It would be great not to feel like life sucks all the time since I know it doesn’t, and there is a lot I can do to make it better.

    1. Thanks Randy. ‘It would be great not to feel like life sucks all the time since I know it doesn’t, and there is a lot I can do to make it better.’

You said it Randy. Yes, it’s easy to follow the same negative patterns, more difficult to change, but just think how much better you’ll feel when things go the way you want because you’re being positive and not negative.

Before you get out of bed, take a moment to think about how you can make your new day better. I believe you can. I believe we all can. It’s about altering our attitude. Change that and we can change certain aspects of our life.

  2. If there is anything we can change it is our attitude to people and things and with that we get control, something that I lacked for many years.

I wish I had learned to take that control a long time ago.

    1. It very much depends on who you’re dealing with and whether you can take back control. There are some circumstances, for example if you’re dealing with a narcissist where that would be impossible to do.

I do think it depends on our circumstances. I know for myself my life could never have been any different. I know I could never have changed anything, and I have reconciled that.

Healing begins when we let go of the things we know we couldn’t change rather than try to tell ourselves we could have. If you could have your life will have worked out differently.

It’s time to let it go.

  3. I normally receive what I need when I approach life with a good attitude.

But on bad days, my attitude seems controlled by my evil twin, but I’m a fairly positive person most of the time.

    1. Thanks Tim. Yes, I agree. The more positive and upbeat we are, the more positive the outcome and even if the outcome isn’t positive, the better our attitude.

If we were to have more bad days than good, I think we’d struggle. I love that you’re a positive person most of the time. It’s a good way to be.
