  1. I agree changing attitudes can have a positive impact on our work, it can make a mundane task easier.

Unfortunately and commonly the attitude we encounter from others in the workplace, can have a huge impact and it can be difficult to remain positive in those circumstances.

    1. Thank you. Yes, there are different parts of our lives where this quote is relevant.

Changing attitudes can not only have a positive impact on work life, but our personal lives too and with each other.

As you say any attitude we encounter from others that isn’t positive can have a lasting effect on us personally, around our health.

  2. Many people complain about their job that does no good. You have to either change your approach to your job or look for another one.

Complaining about it is not going to change your duties, unless you complain so much that they hire someone else who will do the job without complaining. Yikes!

    1. I think you’re absolutely spot on Maria. Changing our approach on how we see and do things will always bring about a more positive outcome.

That’s the way we should do it, but no one likes complainers, particularly when they have to work with them.

In the UK we used to have a sitcom called ‘One step in the grave,’ whose character was based on an older gentleman who did nothing but complain to the annoyance of his long suffering wife!

When anyone spends their life like that you know you’re in for a rocky ride and it’s for the long-haul.
