  1. We experience the world the way we want to see it.

We have a choice, which is why no matter how similar our experiences may be, in a self-prophesying way, we will always interpret things the way we see them, unless we choose to change it.

    1. Thanks. Yes, I think your first paragraph sums up your blog beautifully and would be correct.

Yes, shamefully that is what we do, unless we stand back and deal with our issues. I believe we must. Everything we do comes about through a thought process that we are in control of.

I’m not sure how many people truly understand that concept. Being angry and irritable is part of that process for sure and both must be addressed.

  2. It’s unfortunate that some people use a thin layer of common sense and contaminate the world just by the way they view it.

With anxiety, I watch this play out on the world stage everyday.

    1. Thanks Tim. Yes, quite. Sadly, I do too. But having anxiety is no excuse for how we view or see the world. We must work to change the anxiety we feel.

Anxiety can be relentless when we’re also dealing with stress. Anxiety will affect us differently, but I believe it’s something we must continue to work on.
