Kiwi and banana smoothie

Ingredients: 2 fresh peeled and chopped kiwi; 1 pear peel and chopped; 2 ripe bananas and either 2 plain or 2 kiwi flavoured yoghurts. You can also add pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Take all of the above chopped ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
