Lessons on losing

Something inspirational:

“That’s what learning is, after all; not whether we lose the game, but how we lose and how we’ve changed because of it, and what we take away from it that we never had before, to apply to other games. Losing, in a curious way is winning.”

    1. I agree; this quote is great. It teaches us that we must perceive and understand the concept of losing.

When we’ve mastered the concept, our attitudes will change for good whether we win or lose.

    1. Thanks LeAnna. I love it too and agree with you. You’re absolutely right our perceptions when approaching any situation is crucial.

  1. I’ve had plenty of lessons of learning how to lose and I can’t say it’s something that I have really been good at.

I know it has a lot more to do with how we deal with losing that is the most important part.

I’m just hoping and praying that I am better able to handle my losses in the future!

    1. I think you’re right Randy, it is all about how we deal with losing and not losing itself.

I am sure though, the more experiences we have at losing, the better equipped we will be at handling losing, whatever we lose at.
