How many of us do negative self-talk, but don’t know what it is or that we’re doing it? It’s that little voice in our head that sometimes negatively talks back at us.
The less confidence we have the more insecure we feel, or the more nervous we are, the more likely we are to use it. I grew up constantly with it.
