Using positive thoughts

How many of us do negative self-talk, but don’t know what it is or that we’re doing it? It’s that little voice in our head that sometimes negatively talks back at us.

The less confidence we have the more insecure we feel, or the more nervous we are, the more likely we are to use it. I grew up constantly with it. 1. Sometimes it is very difficult to stop the negative thought processes. It may become automatic in our heads. I struggle with this every day to think more positive and it does lift your spirits.

If you can get rid of the negative thoughts you will be much happier. It takes work.

    1. I totally agree with you Randy.

I think that once we have the negative thoughts, it takes time for us to be able to think of positive ones. I find that confidence helps bring about positivity, which helps with getting rid of those negative thoughts. Hope you manage to clear some of yours.
