Our mission in life

Something inspirational:

“Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life. Therein he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated. Thus, everyone’s task is as unique as is his specific opportunity to implement it.”

  1. I agree. I think we are all meant to do something specific in life. We are meant to be here or there in certain circumstances.

I feel that my mission as a nurse is coming to an end and then again it may not. It just depends on a few things.

    1. I agree, although I also believe we can and are sometimes instrumental in change on life’s path.

  2. I agree, though sometimes it takes some time to know what that mission is. Hope you’re doing well today.

    1. I agree. Yes it sometimes takes us time to know or realise what our mission or path is in life.

I’m doing fine. Thank you for your concern.

  3. I’m not really sure of what my mission is in life, since I’ve done a lot of things to try to not be here.

I’m having to do a lot of soul searching as of late to make some sense of my life as it is now. I’m hoping that I can at least become a better father to my daughter in the future.

I’m just trying to work on becoming a decent human being!

    1. I totally understand. Unfortunately what happens to us in our childhood somehow determines how we behave and cope in adulthood. You would have had more opportunities to know and understand your life’s mission with the right support earlier on.

I think you know that, which is why you’re trying to work out how to do things better now. All of this will come to you eventually with a little more soul searching. Just never give up.
