  1. Nothing becomes something when we see value in things that we didn’t even know was there. We discover life in progress, above our pettiness and self importance.

    Then nothing becomes everything.

  2. Yes, that is truthful in this day and age. People sell their souls for that 15 minutes of fame, when others aren’t willing to give up that much in exchange.

I may have grown up dirt poor, but at least I have an atom or two of dignity left, that keeps me from doing anything that.

It may be too much false pride that I do have, but at least it’s better than what the majority of people have, which makes it seem like that kind of deal would be worthwhile.

I’m learning that you can’t put a price on things like self-respect and freedom which most people don’t always appreciate.

    1. Thanks Randy. They say money is the root of all evil and perhaps that’s why. Money doesn’t bring manners, empathy, compassion or understanding. There’s nothing wrong with ‘dirt poor.’

Having little to no money gives us qualities that others will eventually come to dream of. You’re right you cannot put a price on things self-respect and freedom.

I would rather have those in abundance. Self-respect to understand ourselves and the freedom to choose to do what’s right. The world needs more of both right now.

  3. Very true. Everything has a price nowadays but little has value. This is reflected in our relationships, as people’s values are skewed about having the biggest and the best rather than appreciating the true value of a relationship.

    1. Yes, that is exactly right. It’s wrong. We must go back to basics on this. We cannot have soulful relationships whilst our heads on other things, rather than those we co-habit with.

We really have lost sight of what’s important. As we place importance on things rather than people, we move further away from our spiritual selves.
