I started The CP Diary, quite simply because I wanted something that I could use as a tool, to help me work through my emotions and thoughts growing up with a condition I didn’t know I had, whilst learning to cope living along side.
At the age of 46 when I found out I had cerebral palsy, I wanted to change a traumatic and negative life into something positive. I wanted to do something positive that would help me understand my experiences.
I created The CP Diary with that in mind. It was something positive where I only had negativity. I hope it will help us.
