This recipe has been kindly given to me by Lisa Cyr and can be made with low fat ingredients as an alternative, or replace beef with soya

Serve with a green salad

1lb ground beef
1can (28oz) tomato sauce

1 can tomato paste

Clove of garlic

1 tablespoon oregano

2 cups Mozarella cheese

1cup grated Parmesan cheese

1(12oz) box no bake lasagna

Brown the beef with tomato sauce, tomato paste,

Chop onion and garlic and oregano

Mix together separately the Mozarella, Cottage and Parmesan cheeses

Layer in a greased crock-pot meat, noodles, cheese mix, meat, noodles and cheese mix etc (make sure you have plenty of cheese) on top

    1. No problem. In our busy lives, it’s nice to have recipes that are quick and easy. It sounds completely delicious. Thank you.

  1. I like this recipe. It seems quite easy one to follow (very important for me!) and looks delicious too.

  2. I’ll have to show this recipe to my girlfriend to see if she would like to cook it. She’s the much better cook, so I’m sure she could handle it.

Actually sounds good right about now since I haven’t had it in a long time!

  3. Are there anymore recipes posted from anyone? Possibly anything that can help with back and leg pain? If I find any other recipes I’ll be more than happy and excited to share.

    1. Thanks Bonnie. I would love and am more than happy for you to post one or two healthy recipes of your own.

I’m not sure if there are any foods that help with leg and back pain, but there are supplements that help joints and muscles that can help back and leg pain.
