If more of us understood how ‘self-talk’ works, we would understand the need for us to be more mindful of what we tell ourselves, because ‘self-talk’ is a full conversation with the universe.
Self-talk affects what goes on around us and how our mind interprets what happens to us. It also affects how we perceive and communicate with others. If we repeat self-talk often enough, the things we tell ourselves, may often become our reality.
What we think about the most is what we’re dealing with day to day. The mind starts out without thoughts, either negative or positive. How we then talk to ourselves may define how our lives are shaped because our thoughts align with the universe. That’s why it’s important to think positively.
If we put out positive thoughts, we will get positive thoughts back. In the same way, if we put out unkindness, we will get unkindness back. Because the Law of Attraction states that what we put out will finds its way back to us, it’s important we make our thinking positive.
I’ve always had to rely on keeping myself busy, because nothing else seemed to work.
But however, we manage it, by changing the way we think, we’re paving the way for us choosing to think positively, changing ‘self-talk’ from negative to positive.
