If we put out positive thoughts, we will get positive thoughts back, in the same way, if we put out unkindness, we will get unkindness back.
Because the ‘Law of Attraction’ states that what we put out will find its way back to us, it is important we put out positivity and keep our thoughts positive. By changing the way we think, we’re paving the way for us to think positively; changing ‘self-talk’ from negative to positive.
Self-talk affects what goes on around us and how our mind interprets what happens to us. It also affects how we perceive and communicate with others. If we repeat self-talk often enough, the things we tell ourselves may become our reality.
If more of us understood how ‘self-talk’ works, we would understand the need for us to be more mindful, because how we talk to ourselves and what we tell ourselves, is a full conversation with the universe.
What we think about the most is what we’re dealing with day to day. The mind starts out without negative or positive thoughts. How we talk to ourselves may define how our lives are shaped. That is why it is important to think positively.
