The task ahead

I’m in the process of working on an exclusion and inclusion diet; not to lose weight, but to find out which foods are still making me ill. It’s very slow and laborious but I’m doing much better.

I need to be able to plan my life and make decisions in advance without having to cancel get together or family day outs all the time. I hate that I’m having to take out certain food groups that are making me ill, which is why I’m working on an inclusion list with the help of a Nutritionist.

It’s either I eat the wrong foods and struggle, or find alternatives and stay well. I have no choice. It’s true what they say about food. Food can either make you well or make you ill and in my case it’s very true to form, sadly.

    1. Thanks Randy. It is difficult to deal with, but I’m not giving up. As long as I can work along side what I deal with I will be happy.

      I think I can achieve that with a little help.

  3. I’m sure you will sort this out.

    As difficult it is now, I am sure this is the worst of it. Once things settle and you know what is ‘in’ and what is ‘out’ you’ll feel much better and will be able to do exactly what you want.
