I’m in the process of working on an exclusion and inclusion diet; not to lose weight, but to find out which foods are still making me ill. It’s very slow and laborious but I’m doing much better.
I need to be able to plan my life and make decisions in advance without having to cancel get together or family day outs all the time. I hate that I’m having to take out certain food groups that are making me ill, which is why I’m working on an inclusion list with the help of a Nutritionist.
It’s either I eat the wrong foods and struggle, or find alternatives and stay well. I have no choice. It’s true what they say about food. Food can either make you well or make you ill and in my case it’s very true to form, sadly.
