Booster Energy Smoothie

An easy to make smoothie that as the title suggests provides us with energy. Enjoy.


2 scoops of chocolate protein powder

2 peeled and chopped bananas

2 tbsp wheat germ

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon

4 tbsp skimmed milk powder

¾ low fat Greek yoghurt

Frozen ice x 2
