Linguine with crab, spring onion and chilli

“I wanted to share with you a wonderful recipe from Marks and Spencer.”



150g pasta of choice

1 tbsp olive oil

3 spring onions, finely chopped

1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

100g crab meat

1 lemon, juiced and zested

1 small handful flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped


Cook the pasta according to pack instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and gently cook the spring onions

and chilli for 4-5 minutes until softened

Add the crabmeat and heat through

Drain the linguine, and tip into the pan with the spring onions and crabmeat

Add the juice of one lemon and zest and parsley, season and stir well

Serve immediately

  1. This is a delicious looking, simple recipe. I don’t eat seafood, but I can replace the crab with flaked tuna or smoked salmon.
