Pak Choi Stir Fry

Pak Choi stir fry

Ingredients:

Bean sprouts

Pack Choi

Tomatoes

Mushrooms

Soy Sauce

Ginger

Garlic

Vegetable stock

Method:

With sesame oil fry garlic and fresh ginger

Add veg stock and water, sweetcorn, boil then simmer

Add mushroom and pack choi

Beat egg into separate bowl with fork, beat into soup

Add soy sauce in bowl

    1. Yes and also more satisfying because you’ve made it yourself and because there is nothing added like MSG, if you were to choose something like Chinese.

      And much healthier than a ‘take out.’ You’re absolutely right.
