Quick & Easy Stuffed Pitta



1 Pack of wholemeal Pitta breads

1 Pack Grilled Chicken Fillets

1 Pack Mixed leaf

1 Jar of Spicy Tomato Salsa


Split open the Pitta to make a pocket

Put a handful of leaves in each pitta

Add a generous dollop of salsa to each pitta

Chop the mini fillets into bite-sized pieces and divide evenly between each pitta

  1. I do like that recipe. I love eating this type of food and enjoy pitta bread with all sorts of fillings, so I’ll certainly give this recipe a go too.

    1. I also like this recipe for the same reasons you do. I just wish I could eat half of the ingredients in the recipe!

      I do prefer this style of eating to a full meal.
