Blueberries are packed full of antioxidants and fibre. Here is a quick ‘n’ easy smoothie that anyone can make.
1 1/2 cups Berry Mix
Blueberries, Strawberries and Blackberries
1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Purified Water
1/8 cup rolled oats
Toss all of your ingredients into the blender
Blend for 20 seconds or until all ingredients have been blended
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Garnish with blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries
