Three Berry Smoothie

Blueberries are packed full of antioxidants and fibre. Here is a quick ‘n’ easy smoothie that anyone can make.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Berry Mix

Blueberries, Strawberries and Blackberries

1/2 cup Greek Yoghurt

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1 cup Purified Water

1/8 cup rolled oats

Method:

Toss all of your ingredients into the blender

Blend for 20 seconds or until all ingredients have been blended

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Garnish with blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries

    1. Thanks Maria. I like coconut milk too and it’s much better for us than ordinary milk.

      I also love the fact that this smoothie is healthy, makes us feel good and adds to our wellness.

  1. Sounds really refreshing and a great way of getting all those antioxidants. I’d have to be careful with all that fibre though!

    1. Thanks. Yes you’re absolutely spot on. Berries contains tonnes of the stuff!

      I have found on occasion, too much fibre can work against us if we’re sensitive to having too much fibre in our diets.
