Vegan Protein Balls

Ingredients:

One cup vegan protein powder

1/2 cup of Tahini

1/2 cup of Honey

1 cup of Oat milk

1 Bar of Dark chocolate

Orange zest for flavour

Method:

Mix the Vegan Protein Powder, Tahini , Honey and Oat Milk together

Melt the chocolate in a Pyrex dish over a pan of boiling water

Wet your hands a little so the mixture doesn’t stick

Then roll the mixture into small balls

Dip the protein balls into the melted chocolate

Grate orange zest on top

Cool and then freeze

      I’m also glad you liked the recipe. Given the fact we’re living in a pandemic, it is particularly important we eat healthily.

      Vegan Protein Bars are not only delicious, but they add to our healthy lifestyles. As you rightly say, what’s not to like?
