Ingredients:

Potatoes

Beetroot

Carrots

Onions

Method:

Roasted with honey, salt, pepper, soy sauce, cumin and paprika

Served with veggie sausages

Add: rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper and honey on veg

    We are cutting down on chicken and fish and trying to eat more vegetables and vegetarian products and this looks just so tasty. I can’t wait to give it a try.

    1. Yes, I agree with you. I stopped eating meat and chicken years ago and I feel much healthier. I believe it’s something we should all perhaps think about, no matter our age.

      I also believe vegetarian is a good way to go. Not only is it healthier for us in the longer-term, but it also means we’re protecting animals too, which like us are part of the same eco-system.
