Yoghurt and Blueberry Granola

Ingredients:

Granola

Blueberries

Cashews

Greek yoghurt

Honey

Dried Mango

Method:

Add granola

Sprinkle blueberries and Cashews

Add Greek Yoghurt and Honey

Re-add granola

Add Blueberries

Also add dried mango

Add another yoghurt Layer

Sprinkle with more granola

    1. Thanks. Yes, it’s so easy to pick up the chocolate and ignore healthy snacks! Having said that everything in moderation.

      Eat more of the healthy snacks like yoghurt and blueberry, and you can treat yourself to two or three pieces of chocolate.

      My mum used to say that ‘a little bit of what you fancy does you good.’ Mentally it helps, but it’s important we don’t become too reliant.
