Away from my writing, my life is far from easy. Being able to express myself through my words, takes the edge off what I deal with mentally and emotionally.
I still have to get on in the ‘real world’ with a mental disability and that isn’t easy. Where I will have had an easier ride with tools to equip myself early on in life, I’ve had to equip myself.
With Cerebral Palsy: A Story ‘Finding the Calm After the Storm’ I use reflection to help others work through their own lives. If you like my blog, you’ll love the book. Where your life is difficult and your experiences challenging, using universal techniques I show you how you too can turn your life around.
My book gives you the passion to want to see and be better, an interest, a wish to come through your own set of circumstances; to see the positive where there is negative. Where you may be a spectator, my book allows for self-evaluation, so you don’t have to.
My book helps you evaluate your experiences, inspires positivity and change, so that you don’t have to continually stay stuck. My books helps you move forward with confidence, so you too can change your life.
