Crock-pot lasagna (slow cooker)
This recipe has been kindly given to me by Lisa Cyr and can be made with low fat ingredients as an alternative, or replace beef with soya
Serve with a green salad
Ingredients:
1lb ground beef 1can (28oz) tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
Onion
Clove of garlic
1 tablespoon oregano
2 cups Mozarella cheese
1 (16oz) carton cottage cheese
1cup grated Parmesan cheese
1(12oz) box no bake lasagna
Noodles Mix
Method:
Brown the beef with tomato sauce, tomato paste,
Chop onion and garlic and oregano
Mix together separately the Mozarella, Cottage and Parmesan cheeses
Layer in a greased crock-pot meat, noodles, cheese mix, meat, noodles and cheese mix etc (make sure you have plenty of cheese) on top
Cook for 6-8 hours on low heat

I'll have to show this recipe to my girlfriend to see if she would like to cook it. She's the much better cook, so I'm sure she could handle it.

I'm not sure if there are any foods that help with leg and back pain, but there are supplements that help joints and muscles that can help back and leg pain.
