I’ve had the worst week imaginable and I'm not feeling great about things. There is a feeling of general malaise, everyone around me seems to have it and I’m still jumping through hoops to make things right in my own life.

I live with a constant ache in the pit of my stomach. I’m tired of fighting the fight and talking the talk. My gut knows that things will change, they will get easier, nothing ever stays the same, it just seems as if it does.

  1. You're right. Nothing stays the same; things are always changing and hopefully things will change and get better for you soon. Hang in there!!

  2. Well, that sounds like a very good term for the way I woke up feeling, with a knot in my stomach and my head in the fog!

I'm just having to really fight that feeling of things are never going to change and try to work on actually changing things! So sorry to hear that you're feeling so badly yourself and hope it doesn't last too long for you.

I've just been very tired emotionally and seriously contemplating whether or not it has all been worth it. I'm hoping and praying that someday soon things will feel different, like they have actually changed!
