Spirituality for many seems like a hard concept to grasp, but having embraced the concept many years ago, it's not as hard as you think; promise. We have to want to give ourselves the opportunity to embrace all that ‘spirituality’ is.

Spirituality and the simple life

It's you wanting to live the simple life, a more peaceful life; a more calm life. It’s giving back instead of taking. it's being patient; being tolerant, it's living with compassion, offering empathy, learning to listen instead of having to have the last word. It's accepting things happen, it's believing in the spiritual concepts, like 'karma,' and 'what goes around comes around.'

Listening to your intuition

It’s also learning to listen to your intuition, your inner voice and allow that to guide you on to a more ‘spiritual’ path. The less you understand something, the more you may run. We run from the unknown, the scary, but in doing so, we fail to see the bigger picture of what can be a more peaceful life, a more peaceful existence.

My Book: Spirituality, Healing and Me

My book Spirituality, Healing and Me: 'How living a spiritual life offers hope and healing in the modern world' can help you embrace 'spirituality' and all that it has to offer.  Spirituality has got me through my experiences, my life. It is a universal, spiritual and healing journey.

  1. You have blogged and continue to blog about spirituality and have made it accessible to everyone and have also made it easy for us to understand. Through explanations of spirituality, you continue to show us a different way to be.

It's not difficult to want to be better and kinder. I go back to Covid-19 and it is difficult and continues to test our resolve, I believe being spiritual can help us all function better and if we are functioning better, mentally we will cope better.

Your 'Spirituality, Healing and Me' book is easy to read and explains spirituality in an accessible way, and I would have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending it.

    1. Thanks. Yes, for all the reasons in my blog and in your response, my book 'Spirituality, Healing and Me' can help to change perceptions, which can change lives.

Spirituality has everything to do with us wanting to be better people, living better lives. Through spirituality, I have found a different way to think and be.

It can help us to navigate our way through difficult times.
