Something inspirational:

“Because, underneath all of this is the real truth we have been avoiding: climate change isn’t an “issue” to add to the list of things to worry about, next to health care and taxes. It is a civilizational wake-up call. A powerful message—spoken in the language of fires, floods, droughts, and extinctions—telling us that we need an entirely new economic model and a new way of sharing this planet. Telling us that we need to evolve.”

  1. Our contribution to the long term shift in weather patterns we are experiencing, isn't an issue, but the issue facing us today.

The science is clear and we already know the solutions, but unless we put this front and centre of a global agenda and stick to reversing as much as we can, we'll be talking about it until it's too late.

    1. It is and you're right. The science is absolutely clear. Sir David Attenborough continues to also highlight these issues in his documentary and those are being ignored.

I hope politicians and people alike will start to take heed. It's selfish to think we shouldn't or don't need to act.

Yes it may not affect us now, but when we're no longer here, our children, their children and their children will struggle to live the lives we've had.

I hope that sinks in. The changes needed to come now. I will continue to write about these things on my blog.

  2. I had no idea we were so primitive in our thinking until recently, at least in the last four years or so. I thought instinctively we cared about our planet, our only home.

I did not know that race supremacist guided our planet, that Covid deniers may cause our extinction eventually, that institutions water down history for fear of correcting injustice. This is why we're are in this abyss today, our inevitable demise is certain.

Solution: We need more good people to preach and teach the truth, though truth is as painful as death, but it will save the planet.

The CP Diary helps me to maintain awareness at all times, it is truly an enlightened path. Please don't go with the flow it will kill you.

    1. Thanks Tim. I am pleased you say The CP Diary is an 'enlightened path.' I am so grateful for the shout-out.

It is because your words are so powerful and true that you don't need my full response, suffice to say it is important to act and change, before it's too late for the human species.

The scientists and the science couldn't be more clear.
