With each breath, we can all do better. By writing about best practices that encourages wellbeing, my blog encourages us all to do better.

A blog that seeks out best practices

It allows us to explore the meaning of life, the meaning of seeking out best practices, while allowing ‘me’ to extend my understanding on my own experiences and utilise what is best for me in my life, for what is best for others.

Mental and emotional exploration is important because without it, there is little growth. Even as a little girl I was looking out for answers. A lot of what I talk about in my blog, anyone can incorporate into their own lives.

My blog encourages

The CP Diary encourages, it helps the reader to anticipate what is going on in their lives, the blog is purposeful, it gives support, it inspires it gives hope, courage, it helps build confidence, it heartens, it instils good practice and good energy into our lives.

The CP Diary – living better lives

It also encourages fairness, offers explanation, so that you can use reflection, for you to want to do and live better lives, for us all to be better people. My blog gives us a purpose, it's liberating, helping us to want to live better lives.

  1. There is a saying that we all do better when we all do better and I know of no better way to start doing better.

Mental health has taken a back seat in Covid-19. There is no better way to kick-start mental health, than by reading your blog and books. Your support for our mental health is unconditional and unwavering.

    1. Thanks. I pray that happens. While no one can force anyone to deal with their mental health, I can only hope people's eyes become open. I have seen first-hand (twice) the correlation between cancer and mental health. Can't stress that enough.

The only debate is how prepared people are to accept the need for them to focus on their mental health.

  2. I read your blogs and your books because your literature provides introspection, the ability to look within.

The first thing that surprised me when I first read The CP Diary was its humility and complete awareness of the human condition..

If you read The CP Diary, your proud ego will not be limited to just your proud ego .

    1. Thank you for reading my blogs! Yes, there is no 'us' getting away from the fact that the world is changed, but where the world is changed, it also means people have changed too.

My blogs provide introspection, and as you say they allow us to look within, and where my blogs cover humility and a complete awareness of the human condition, I think people run from that.

So, given the state of the world, and of politics and of the human condition, I pray people get past that and start facing and embracing what are their own truths.

My writing and literature will be here for them when they do...
