My daily writing allows me to explore numerous topics that can affect my mental health, helping others to explore theirs also. It also allows me to explore new perspectives, challenge any assumptions and expand on my creativity. It pushes me to think critically and deeply about the topics I am discussing, helping me to become a more well-rounded writer overall. By continually pushing myself to write and experiment with different topics, I am able to grow and evolve as a writer.

Writing Daily...

Furthermore, my daily writing helps me to stay disciplined and focused on my writing, on my goals. It allows me to set aside time; to prioritise my writing, even on days when I'm not feeling inspired. Writing not only strengthens my writing skills, but also instills a sense of commitment and dedication that spills over into other areas of my life.

A valuable journey of self-discovery

Through writing, I have become altogether different. I have confidence and self-esteem. My writing is not only a valuable journey of self-discovery for me, but for you the reader too. It can also be a constant learning process that challenges each of us to push ourselves; to challenge what we're being told, so that we bring our own understanding and clarity; form our own opinions so that we can bring our own peace.

For all of this to happen of course, we have to put the time, the effort and the hard work in.
