I was trying to do some more research last night on Cerebral Palsy. I have written one or two journals about the lack of information on Cerebral Palsy, but I still can’t help but feel that because there is nothing beyond what I already know, I somehow will come across things that could be Cerebral Palsy related and I’ll never know for sure.

Some of the information I have researched, gives the full medical name for acid reflux, which I have, but when I last went to see my Consultant, he wasn't sure it had anything to do with Cerebral Palsy and yet there is clearly information out there, that sees acid reflux as a contributing factor of Cerebral Palsy and this is something I have struggled with for some 20 years now.

I wonder how much more of what I struggle with is down to Cerebral Palsy that no one can substantiate. That's the think about Cerebral Palsy. Because there is no research into the condition, it is hard to know what to expect as I age and that is still a concern for many of us, apart from what we already know about joints and muscles.

I tend to work better when I know what I have to deal with. I feel like I’m living in a black hole right now. In any event, it would be helpful to know more about Cerebral Palsy, instead of us living with the condition and having to guess all the time.
