In the last few days, my emotions have been brought to the test.

I’ve had one or two things that I’ve had to deal with that I thought were dead and buried, which have brought back some of the old feelings I’m not really keen to go back to, because I’ve moved on.

Then there have been all the other things that I’ve also had to deal with this week that haven’t been so straightforward that have taken time to resolve and still haven't really been resolved.

I can't seem to think straight today, let alone articulate my thoughts. I know things always look and feel better the next day, so roll on tomorrow.

  1. Sounds like you've had a really sh*tty few days, but as you say, tomorrow will change all that and I'm sure it will.

  2. Sometimes we just have to let it go and move on, until we're at a point where we can think straight about the problems. I think taking a break is in the cards for you.

Hope things look brighter for you tomorrow.

  3. Sometimes things seem to come at us all at once. I'm glad you're taking a little time to organize your thoughts.

Your state of mind is fine, it just needs a minute to breathe.

    1. Thanks Tim. Unfortunately my mind never switches off, but you're right my mind does need a minute to breathe. I agree.

      Working on it!
