I believe that although my more personal blogs outline issues that I’ve had to deal with over the years, or issues that I still have to deal with today, they serve a purpose for us all.

My underlying messages

My blogs carry an underlying message for us to think about, so that we can look at our own issues and deal with those. They help us to reflect on what we deal. The underlying messages are universal, the same for each of us.

Asking questions

Asking questions helps you to think about things, asking questions helps you to change how you see things, how you feel about certain situations and then how you act. Soul work works in very much the same way.

Soul Work

Soul work is for anyone wanting to understand themselves on a more personal, intimate level. It's an intimate analysis of us in an effort to determine our true feelings. In turn, new thoughts on old issues can lead to new emotions and new emotions brings about new actions that help bring about change.

When you look at an issue in the whole of a situation you're still carrying a situation, you will know where you could have done things differently. It is always important to reflect. It's a way to look at how you can change an outcome that has set you on your current path.

Without analysis, you may never come face to face with our feelings, or actions. All we’ll do is, outwardly look to others who the blame initially resides with.

  1. Yes, it seems the issues that you mention in your blogs end up being about what I deal with at the time.

There are so many issues that I have to deal with on a daily basis that I have to focus on the issue of the day. I don't always have much of a chance to do a lot of reflection under my current circumstances.

I need to change things so that I can reflect without the constant chaos that surrounds me now. I have wasted far too many years focusing on everyone else's issues and ignoring my own.

There is a lot of work to do that can't be done here. I just need to be able to focus on my own life for a change so that I can get on with living it.

    1. Thanks Randy. That's good then! Reflection is reason enough to put our lives right, there is no right time to do it.

Sadly, we spend too long talking about our lives, less time acting on the things we need to change, and then wonder why our life doesn't change.

As you say yourself Randy, you need to change things. The chaos will always be there, until you decide to make the changes you need to make.

That I believe is true for many of us.

  2. Your blogs always resonate well and prompt me to think about the message and to apply it to my daily life.

While we all deal with different issues we share the common theme of the need to think about our lives, and to change what needs changing and your blogs help us to see that.

  3. Outrageously beautiful lessons in humility, with every blog you write. But how do you read my mind like you do? I mean, the way your writings resonate with me in the moment, every moment.

This site tastes sweeter than anything I've ever read.

    1. Thanks Tim. Your response is like me winning the lottery.

Your question isn't a very easy question to answer, but I'll try. I work off my gut instinct and intuition, but I also have Autism and Asperger's and think both of those contribute to my thinking and writing.

But however I get to write, it's your words that matter more. I am truly humbled by your words. Thank you.
