  1. Education helps us clear a few hurdles in life but it doesn't teach love, which is possibly the key to life.

But I doubt if anyone really knows the truth about life, except to survive it.

    1. Thanks Tim. Yes, school is devoid of love, understanding and helping children develop a sense of self, allowing them to think for themselves, rather than being told what to learn. But it starts with our parents.

In light of what's going on in the world, it is clear we're not coming from a place of love. We need to learn to care and fast.

  2. Going to school and getting a degree is much less about education than learning about life, which only begins when we finish school and college and we never complete that education.

    1. Not all students will learn about life in school. It's more about meeting government targets. Perhaps that is changing slightly, but I do agree with you that we never entirely complete our education.

But education is something we should embrace in and out of school. Life is an education, but not many of us indulge in learning about life.
