She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Thank you. Yes, we can get by without our intuition, but I believe we will always do better with it.
And even if we don't use our intuition it's important we think before we speak. Too many of us speak first, then think later, by which time it's too late.

This is true. I believe our lives suffer needlessly when we take steps without both shoes. Intuition is almost always revealing.
