Ilana Estelle is a mental health and wellbeing advocate who combines educational insight with her personal experience of living with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.
She holds diplomas in Counselling, Diet and Nutrition, Nutritional Therapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling, and Stress Management. Through her writing, Ilana supports others in navigating their emotional, mental, and physical health challenges.
In addition to writing for The CP Diary, her work has appeared in healthy lifestyle magazines.

Thanks Tim. Yes, we can have enlightenment, that part is up to us. I believe we're all capable of tapping into the universe and reaching enlightenment.
In Buddhist terms, enlightenment means 'a final blessed state marked by the absence of desire or suffering.' Enlightenment is moral. It's living our life in a moral way, more than an 'earthly' way. It's doing away with that wavy line.
Covid-19 is asking us to think about the way we live our lives. To be and offer our support and to think about all the other things we don't think about. We're not getting things right.
The more moral and the more enlightened we are, the better lifestyles we will lead and that helps the environment, the natural world and the human species in all ways possible.
Any conversation about the universe is mind-blowing to our imagination. We would have to be more than deep thinkers just to speculate.
All I know is that we live on profound ignorance, with hope of enlightenment that never fully comes.
